Rautaruukki Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held today, Tuesday 20
March 2007 starting at 3pm, at the Helsinki Fair Centre. The Meeting will be
conducted in Finnish.
The CEO's review, presented by Mr Sakari Tamminen, President and CEO, is
scheduled to begin at approximately 3pm Finnish time. In his presentation,
Sakari Tamminen will state the same near-term outlook given in the Financial
Statement Bulletin for 2006. The CEO's review will be webcast live and can be
followed on the company website at www.ruukki.com/investors. The presentation
material will also be available on the company website.
